The Red Chevy

 The Red Chevy in the body shop! Trying out fabric, adding buttons and lace. Perle cotton embroidery in progress. I like the Perle cotton but it is a bear to tug through 2 layers of cloth and batting. I use felt as the batting. It adds stiffness to all the stitching that I like to work with. It will be fun to see where this goes. By the end of each day I have another idea for embellishment. Keeps me off the street and out of the cookie jar. 

The weather has been very cold and snowy. Too icy to walk the block safely. Spring, where art thou?
