Summer Treats

This is the summer dish my mother called Summer Slungullion. It was hamburger, macaroni, corn, tomatoes, onions and peppers, all slung together. Mostly leftovers to feed 8 people. I threw some parmesan cheese and worcestershire sauce in it. Now that I think of it there never was a Winter Slungullion.

  1. This was a dish that the Girl Scouts made on campouts, but I don't remember what they called it. It was very popular - no leftovers!

  2. Funny how things get around, my mother was never a Girl Scout. But we never had leftovers when we had it for dinner. But we dd make it out of leftovers!
