Winter Chores

 

Winter Chores is finished. In fact it is entered in Ohio +5 which is held at the Dairy Barn in Athens, Ohio.

I loved adding all the stitches on my grandmother's coat. I thought of having your house burn down and all the personal stuff that was gone from your life. I do have a wonderful photo of her wedding with all the wedding guests and photos of her and my grandfather in a carriage so I guess all was not lost.

Now I am contemplating the next one. I think my Waiting on the Call will be the next victim for stitching.

I like the black and white photo with colored stitching format.

Should keep me out of trouble this winter. Well that and the new girl Daisy who is a handful of puppiness!
